Zentra Mobility – 

1. Booking & Payment
   All bookings must be made in advance. A minimum of 50% of the total rental amount is required as an advance to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at the time the vehicle arrives at the venue, and before the commencement of the ride.

2. Time & Distance Limits
   The quoted rates are based on predefined time and distance limits—whichever is reached first. Additional charges will apply for any excess usage beyond these limits.

3. Chauffeur-Driven Services Only
   All Zentra Mobility vehicles are provided with professional chauffeurs. We do not offer self-drive options, and any request for self-driving will not be entertained.

4. Inclusive Charges
   All listed prices include chauffeur fees and fuel charges within the allowed limits.

5. Damage Responsibility
   The renter is fully responsible for any damage or vandalism caused to the vehicle during the rental period.

6. Toll & Parking Charges
   Any applicable toll or parking fees must be paid by the renter.

7. Vehicle Substitution
   In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Zentra Mobility reserves the right to provide a similar or equivalent vehicle as a replacement.

8. Accessibility & Movement
   It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure that the pickup/drop-off location and route have sufficient access for vehicle movement. Zentra Mobility is not liable for any issues arising from narrow roads or obstructed passages.

9. Prohibited Activities
   Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

10. Traveling with Pets
    If you plan to travel with pets, prior notification is mandatory. Please inform us in advance to make necessary arrangements.
